How to Buy

In order to authenticate and make your bids live, you are required to make a $1000 deposit, if you are a first time buyer or wholesale importer. Simply bid on your desired vehicle on our auction system. We will check your bid and translate the auction sheet for you prior to auction starting. We will ensure that it is within your specifications and disclose any problems that have been noted on the auction sheets. Translations and consultations are free for all authenticated clients, please notify us if you require a translation. You will be given the option to have the vehicle inspected in person if the vehicle is within the proximity of our Japanese agents location. Basic inspection is $50 NZD, which includes more detailed photos, video walkthrough of the vehicle and starting of the car. This is purely a visual inspection. You can check the status of your bid on your “ my orders “ tab underneath the account icon. It will let you know whether your bid is confirmed, pending , won or lost. We will update our systems and notify you as soon as possible. you will also receive an Email confirmation if you win.

After bidding and successfully winning your vehicle, we will issue an invoice asking for payment which will include the cost of the vehicle and FOB ( Freight on board) . You are required to pay the full amount within 1-3 days of receiving this invoice. Additional payments for shipping, GST, compliance and on-road cost will be invoiced to you at different stages of the vehicle importation process and we will notify you every step of the way.
